Salary: £35,906 - £39,895 per annum dependent on experience
Hours: 1950 annualised hours

The ACC Liverpool Group, manages Liverpool’s world class campus ACC Liverpool, home to the Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre and the M&S Bank Arena, as well as ticketing agency Ticket Quarter. Playing a leading role in shining a spotlight on Liverpool, we have successfully staged a wide array of national and international events, from shows and conventions, business gatherings to showcase exhibitions, developing our offer over the last decade to that of a world class provider of venue and event services.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Lead Facilities Maintenance Engineer’s with a strong background in Electrical Building Services. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in leading and supervising a team of FME’s to deliver FM Services, both planned and reactive in the below areas;

- Electrical maintenance and installation work

- Building Management and Lighting Control Systems

- HVAC systems with respect to servicing and fault finding

- Fire Alarm/Life Safety Systems

- CCTV and access control

- Temporary Power Supplies.

- Standby generation plant

- Pump maintenance and associated systems

The successful candidates will also lead the team in the delivery of Temporary Power Installations to both BS7671 and BS7909 to facilitate the wide range of events from Exhibition Mains Services to Arena and conference set ups. The lead FME’s will also provide technical advice and support to our varied clients on installed systems and utilities.

The successful candidate will be expected to monitor the work carried out by service partners and must have an excellent working knowledge of current Health and Safety regulations and work within these.

Experience in the development and completion of risk assessments, work permits and procedures for facility maintenance activities is essential along with a good working knowledge of energy saving initiatives and schemes.
