CORONAVIRUS FAQS

Following the latest announcement, the government has removed remaining domestic restrictions in England. Covid certification is now no longer required at any of our events.

It is no longer mandatory to wear a face covering in public. However we welcome and encourage customers to continue to wear one in crowded and indoor spaces where they may come into contact with people they do not normally meet, including the concourse, toilets and queuing areas.

Following the lifting of all remaining restrictions, there is no longer a requirement for customers to have the option to check in at venues; as such all NHS QR codes have been removed from our venue entrances.

We continue to enhance all clearing before, during and after your visit. Our anti-viral electro static spraying machines will sanitise and protect all surfaces before, during and after all events. Fresh air only ventilation systems are in use throughout all events and regular cleaning will be in place across all toilets and public areas. You will see hand sanitiser units throughout venue which we encourage you to use frequently throughout your visit and prior to entering the venue.

For the safety and security of all, and to minimise queuing times, we ask that customers do not bring bags in to the arena.

If a bag is absolutely necessary and for essential items only, we will allow customers to bring one small bag no larger than A4, ideally this would be a clear bag to allow for quick and hygienic security searches.

Exemptions are allowed for medical purposes or for customers bringing changing bags for babies and young children

Suitcases, large handbags (A3 size/30cm x 42cm and above) , backpacks/rucksacks and shopping bags are strictly not permitted.  Please note we do not have left luggage facilities on site and cannot assist in storage of these bags.

Refreshments will continue to be served with reduced contact using contactless payment methods.
