If an event is cancelled because of coronavirus, advice about refunds will be available from your original point of purchase. If you have bought directly from us via Ticket Quarter, you will be entitled to a refund including ticketing fees (administration, facility and fulfilment). All our ticket buyers will be contacted by email regarding event cancellations.
If you opted to take out ticket protection when you purchased your tickets, please note that this is provided by a third party insurance company – securemybooking - and is non-refundable.

If you bought directly from us via Ticket Quarter, your ticket will be valid for the new date announced and you will also be entitled to a full refund if you cannot make the alternative date. All our ticket buyers will be contacted by email regarding event postponement.
If an event is cancelled, advice about refunds will be available from your original point of purchase. If you have bought directly from us at Ticket Quarter you will be entitled to a full refund, including ticketing fees (administration, facility and fulfilment). Once tickets have been purchased they are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
