The event promoter sets ticket prices and in most instances concessions are unavailable. If, however, you are able to purchase concessionary tickets, you will be asked to provide evidence you are entitled to purchase these tickets. Any concessions available will be shown on our website.
The price of the ticket is set by the event organiser. The ACC Liverpool Group doesn’t receive any payment from the organiser to cover the costs of selling their tickets so an administration fee is added to tickets to cover the cost of providing a box office service. The administration fees contribute to the costs of selling and marketing tickets including; operating the contact centre, the ticketing software, IT, telephony and resource costs.
A fulfilment fee is charged per order and covers the cost of delivering your tickets to you, it is a one-off charge per order not per ticket. The fulfilment fee contributes to the operational costs and overheads of the delivery of your tickets e.g. postage, collection facilities and staff.
Yes! Ticket Protection is offered as an option during the online checkout process. The fee is per order (not per ticket) and varies depending on the price of the tickets. M&S Bank Arena use Secure My Booking to provide this service to our customers, providing peace of mind in the event you are not able to make the event.
