Gymnastics British Championships

23-26 March 2023

GBC Main

Gymnastics British Championships comes to Liverpool in March 2023!

It’s been amazing to watch our gymnasts perform and thrill at the World Gymnastics Championships here in the M&S Bank Arena. The grace of gymnasts on the floor and beam, alongside the power of vault, pommel and bars shows why our gymnasts are such great all-round athletes.

This, matched with the tension of competing to be the best, with everything at stake is why you should put yourself in the arena and see top level gymnasts LIVE, in Liverpool, at the British Championships 2023.

To be in amongst it all, to feel the excitement, the tension, the buzz and the explosion of raw talent is something you need to experience to believe!

Whether it’s a family day out, or in a group with your club or school, come and see the best of the best in action.

Fresh from their medals within the World Championships, see the likes of Men's Floor Final gold medallist Giarnni Regini-Moran, Womens Floor Exercise gold medallist Jessica Gadirova and Bronze medallist on Still Rings Courtney Tulloch compete alongside all of the British Gymnastics stars.

Statement regarding venue change

The Artistic British Championships will be moving next door in 2023, from the M&S Bank Arena to its sister venue, the Exhibition Centre Liverpool. The dates for the Championships remain the same.

As you may have seen recently in the press, Liverpool has been confirmed as the host city for Eurovision 2023. Due to the complexity and scale of the event, the M&S Bank Arena needs to make alternative arrangements for shows in the run up to it. As long-standing partners of the arena, we’re helping them to make these changes by moving the Championships next door.

How you may be affected, however, is with buying tickets and with accommodation. We will have fewer seats on sale for the event and would encourage you to buy sooner rather than later, to avoid any disappointment.

As there are likely to be other events on at the same time as the British Championships, we anticipate that the city will have more demand for accommodation. Therefore again, we recommend that you pre-book as soon as you can, as demand will be high.

Please see Gymnastics British Championships FAQ below for further details.
