Great entertainment should be available to all, which is why the M&S Bank Arena is accessible for all customers, if you are in need of assistance on the night please ask one of our friendly stewards.
The M&S Bank Arena Liverpool has been designed with accessibility in mind, with designated drop-off points and accessible seating spaces, as well as wide corridors and doors.
As an organisation we are committed to providing experiences that are accessible to everyone. We are proud to work with AccessAble to highlight the accessibility and usability of our venues, making sure that every visit to our campus is an enjoyable one.
Accessibility is about more than just physical facilities, it’s our culture and attitude that sets us apart. As an organisation, we are aligned with the “Attitude is Everything’ Charter of Best Practice and currently hold Gold status.

Getting to the venue

It’s easy to get to Liverpool. Excellent road and rail links from North Wales, Cheshire, Manchester, Lancashire and Cumbria will bring you within minutes’ walk or drive from the M&S Bank Arena Liverpool’s main entrance.

Accessibility within the venue

Within the venue, we have a select of accessible seating, toilets as well as locations for motorised scooters, changing place toilets and more.

Toilets for Everybody

We are committed to providing high quality, clean facilities where everyone can feel safe and respected. That's why we have partnered with LCR Pride Foundation to implement a Toilets for Everybody scheme across our campus.
Babycare and Breastfeeding

As a venue we welcome babies to be breastfed in any area of these premises and aim to provide a comfortable and safe environment for this to take place.
