SECURITY

Keeping You Safe and Secure

We take the safety and security of all visitors, staff and delegates seriously and have a number of security measures in place across our campus.

We constantly review and monitor all of our safety and security procedures in order to provide the safest possible experience for all.

Across the venues we have trained and experienced security and stewarding teams who are on hand 24 hours a day monitoring and assisting visitors.

We maintain a strong working partnership with Merseyside Police and are proud supporters of Merseyside Police’s ‘Project Servator’ initiative. We regularly work with our Project Servator colleagues to deter and detect a range of potential criminal activities, improving the visitor experience and public awareness.

During your visit you may see officers from Merseyside Police across our campus, detection dogs as well as a number of security related technologies operated by our team.

During your visit we ask you to remain vigilant. If you notice anything of concern, trust your instincts and report it to any of our security and stewarding staff you will see around site and let us take it from there.

Ahead of your visit please take time to familiarise yourself with our security and safety requirements.

SEARCH & SCREENING

Search and Screening is a condition of entry to our venue and we utilise the latest in AI technology to screen all of our guests. Evolv technology provides instant screening and assessment to ensure potential threats are identified and to our security and stewarding teams.

There is no need to empty pockets or bags just simply follow the directions of our trained team.

You may then be asked to undergo a further search at one of our search table locations.

BAG POLICY

We ask everyone attending our venue to bring minimal personal belongings with them.  For security reasons we do not allow entry of bags larger than A4 size.

Backpacks, suitcases, laptop bags and the likes will not be permitted entry into the venue.

Only 1 bag per person will be permitted and you be asked to consent to a search of the bag before entry. Failure to adhere to this request will lead to a refusal of entry into the venue.

Exemptions are allowed for medical purposes or for customers bringing changing bags for babies or young children.

We do not have bag storage facilities on site.
