HOW CAN I REGISTER FOR THE ACCESS CARD SCHEME?

Our goal is to ensure our customers' accessibility needs are met when booking through our ticketing provider Ticket Quarter. We aim to ensure every customer can enjoy performances at our venues irrespective of health conditions or disability. Our compassionate Customer Service team will be able to assign you the perfect seat to meet your access requirements subject to availability.

The M&S Bank Arena has recently partnered with Nimbus Disability and The Access Card to ensure customers' needs are met at events. Nimbus is one of the country’s leading providers of disability-related advice and support to professional organisations and is recognised as a leading authority on accessible ticketing in the UK.

To ensure the right tickets are sold to the right people, we will require all access bookers for events at ACC Liverpool to provide us with a Nimbus registration number to qualify for any accessible tickets or discounts available at the time of booking. Registering is free to M&S Bank Arena customers.

Register now

Registration for our customers is free of charge and covers events at ACC Liverpool including The M&S Bank Arena. Nimbus also offers the option to upgrade your membership to cover all participating venues.

Please note that Essential Companion tickets can only be booked alongside a paid ticket.

The companion must be at least 16 years of age, and a companion aged 16 or 17 is not permitted to supervise anyone aged 15 or under.

Although we recognise the support provided by young carers, our policy is that young people aged 15 and under must be supervised on our premises, and we must be confident that companions could assist effectively in the event of an emergency.
