Our Event Package

We want to make working with us as easy as possible, which is why here at M&S Bank Arena we try to include as much in your event package as possible.

When it comes to organising events, we know that no-one likes last minute surprises, so we work closely with you and your event partners, ensuring we’re there to help you out, should you need any additional services.

We provide a dedicated Event Manager throughout the development and live delivery of your event, who will be your one point of contact and who will take care of all your needs and requests. We also have a team on hand who know the venue like the back of their hand. With our expert team at your disposal, we’ll make sure you get the result you are looking for at the best possible price and with no nasty surprises.

Every event that takes place at M&S Bank Arena will receive the following as part of their event package:

STEWARDING

We’ll look after your customers from entrance to exit through front of house and ticket checks to ushering, customer service, safety management and incident response. We will also work closely with third party security companies when necessary to provide a seamless service.

POWER

Power is inclusive within your event package along with an electrician to supervise your connection to the house power and be on call during your event.

RIGGING

A supervising rigger will be provided for all events with three additional riggers to make the first point of contact to the venue. Wherever possible a pre-rig will take place to install your top rigging in advance of the event.

CLEANING

We’ll provide a comprehensive cleaning service for front and back of house areas before, during and after your event.

BACKSTAGE DRESSING AREAS

You'll have access to backstage rooms including dressing rooms, a green room, kitchen and crew catering facilities, production offices and a laundry facility.

VEHICLE ACCESS

We have on-site car parking and plenty of production parking across three loading bays. Your Event Planning Manager will work with you to organise and implement a smooth schedule for vehicle access, before, during and after your event.

ARENA INFRASTRUCTURE

M&S Bank Arena's standard event package includes seated or standing floor, stage, PA wings, front of stage barrier, first aid and inclusive marketing support.

PRODUCTION AND AV

We have our own experienced in-house production and AV team with an extensive range of services and equipment to add value to your event, from full design and production to helping out with a spare mic.
