PURCHASING YOUR TICKETS

Tickets for events at the M&S Bank Arena, The Auditorium Liverpool and Space by M&S Bank Arena Liverpool are available to book online via our website.

Our on-site Box Office is open on show days from 12pm until the main act is on stage.

This is a matter of personal preference and changes from event to event. Please be aware that floor seats are on one level accessed via stairs. These seats may be unsuitable for small children or anyone who has difficulty managing stairs.

Children under the age of 14 are not permitted onto the floor for standing concerts and are only allowed into the venue with an accompanying adult in tiered seating. Certain concerts or events may be unsuitable for children under the age of 14.  Please check with our box office team by emailing customerservice@ticketquarter.co.uk 

The event promoter sets ticket prices and in most instances concessions are unavailable. If, however, you are able to purchase concessionary tickets, you will be asked to provide evidence you are entitled to purchase these tickets. Any concessions available will be shown on our website.

The price of the ticket is set by the event organiser. The ACC Liverpool Group doesn’t receive any payment from the organiser to cover the costs of selling their tickets so an administration fee is added to tickets to cover the cost of providing a box office service. The administration fees contribute to the costs of selling and marketing tickets including: operating the contact centre, the ticketing software, IT, telephony and resource costs.

A fulfilment fee is charged per order and covers the cost of delivering your tickets to you, it is a one-off charge per order not per ticket. The fulfilment fee contributes to the operational costs and overheads of the delivery of your tickets e.g. postage, collection facilities and staff. 

Yes! Ticket Protection is offered as an option during the online checkout process. The fee is per order (not per ticket) and varies depending on the price of the tickets.  The M&S Bank Arena uses Secure My Booking to provide this service to our customers, providing peace of mind in the event you are not able to make the event.

The card holder needs to be present along with the card that was used to buy the tickets. The Ticket Quarter box office is located on-site and will be open from 12pm on the day of the event.

Our Box Office processes your credit card details over a secure internet connection, which makes it completely safe to order tickets online. The connection between your browser and our web server is protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which creates a connection over which financial details can be safely passed between your computer and a transactional website. 

A facility fee is applied on each ticket and contributes to the ongoing maintenance and development of the M&S Bank Arena, ensuring that we can continue to provide a world class arena, offer a fantastic experience for all customers and attract leading artists.
