SECURITY

SECURITY

We take the safety and security of all visitors, staff and delegates seriously and have a number of security measures in place across our campus.

We constantly review and monitor all of our safety and security procedures in order to provide the safest possible experience for all.

Across the venues we have trained and experienced security and stewarding teams who are on hand 24 hours a day monitoring and assisting visitors.

We maintain a strong working partnership with Merseyside Police and are proud supporters of Merseyside Police’s ‘Project Servator’ initiative. We regularly work with our Project Servator colleagues to deter and detect a range of potential criminal activities, improving the visitor experience and public awareness.

During your visit you may see officers from Merseyside Police across our campus, detection dogs as well as a number of security related technologies operated by our team.

During your visit we ask you to remain vigilant. If you notice anything of concern, trust your instincts and report it to any of our security and stewarding staff you will see around site and let us take it from there.

Ahead of your visit please take time to familiarise yourself with our security and safety requirements.

The M&S Bank Arena discourages people from bringing banners, posters and flags to any events. We may on occasion permit A4 sized posters, providing they do not contain any offensive content as deemed by the M&S Bank Arena.  However, we reserve the right to confiscate these items should we, or fellow audience members, find them disruptive to the enjoyment of the event.

For health and safety reasons banners, posters and flags with poles or strengthening enhancements will be confiscated.  If you are unsure whether your banner or flag will be acceptable then please do not bring it to the venue.

The M&S Bank Arena can take no responsibility for any loss or damage to property of this nature brought on-site and strongly recommends customers familiarise themselves with Ticket Conditions of Sale displayed on the reverse of all tickets before attending an event.
