E-Tickets

Our ticketing partner Ticket Quarter offers a convenient way to purchase your tickets so you no longer have to worry about visiting the box office or making a call to book.

What is an e-ticket ?
The e-ticket is an electronic ticket offered when the venue is equiped with electronic access control.

E-tickets will be delivered straight to your email with a QR code on, which can then be scanned upon entry to our venue. With e-tickets, there's no more worrying about whether tickets will arrive in time for that special occasion or fretting about losing or forgetting your tickets.

Why use e-tickets?

As part of our groups Social Value Plan, we are committed to supporting the delivery of the governments pledge to reach Net Zero Carbon Events Pledge to achieve targets laid out in the Paris Climate Accord. We also aim to maintain our zero to waste pledge, and our e-tickets instead of physical tickets support this.
