Our Eateries
- Victoria Grill
The Victoria Dock used to trade heavily with the United States and is now famous for the Victoria Tower. Our Victoria Grill serves an array of American classics, from 6oz flame grilled burgers and fries to premium hotdogs topped with such delights as jalapenos and cheese, American mustard (classic) and cheese. - South Seafood
Back in the day fishermen used to flock to Liverpool’s South Basin, this has influenced our South Seafood menu where you’ll find crispy fish goujons, scampi and chips and our super tasty fish dog, this is one not to be missed! - Gladstone BBQ
Once the engine room for the Commonwealth, Gladstone Dock was one of many that traded in coal. Today our Gladstone BBQ offers a variety of coal fired inspired foods; from sticky sriracha beef ribs and grilled corn cobs to falafel wraps. - Princes Chicken
The menu at Princes chicken is inspired by the exotic Caribbean spices once imported into Prince’s Dock. Here you’ll find such delights as southern fried chicken, chilli and lime chicken wings and a spicy BBQ chicken burger. - George’s Melts
George’s Dock was once famed for importing fresh produce and diary from around the world. George’s Melts has taken these staple ingredients to give you some home food comforts like doorstop cheese toasties and sumptuous macaroni cheese with a twist. These street food favourites are sure to hit to the spot!! - Clarence Fries
Clarence Dock was the hub for trading with Ireland, and predominantly potatoes. Clarence Fries pays homage to this with a menu of tantalising dirty fries; skin on fries fully loaded with burger pieces, cheese sauce, gherkins, mustard and tomato sauce. Or try our Mexican fries or pulled pork fries. - Hornby’s Pizza
Hornby’s Dock use to trade in timber, this has inspired our menu at Hornby’s pizzeria where we served wood fired pizzas, perfect for sharing…or if you love pizza as much as us, maybe not! - Albert Tavern
If you’re feeling parched before your event, why not visit one of our Albert Tavern kiosks where you’ll find a wide range of beers and ciders both by the bottle and on draught, wines and a range of on the go snacks. Years ago, Albert Dock imported alcohol. - Duke’s Treats
We all love a sweet treat, Duke’s Dock traded in cotton and sugar, we’ve taken this trading history and made it our own sweet shop providing everything from popcorn and candyfloss to mini donuts, coffee and cake on the occasion, depending on the event.
