AT THE EVENT

M&S Bank Arena has three key points of entry, the Cityside main entrances, Riverside main entrances and Floor entrances. Please refer to your ticket for the recommended point of entry. It should also be noted that queue placement may not be determined until shortly before doors open. We therefore cannot guarantee accuracy in queue allocation prior to doors opening. For The Auditorium Liverpool events, customers should enter the building on the Cityside via the ACC Liverpool Galleria.

Please have your printed or e-tickets ready to speed up entry

If you opted for E-Tickets please ensure you have your bar coded PDF E-Ticket ready to show. Your E-Ticket will be attached to your booking confirmation email sent from tickets@ticketquarter.com.  You can print your E-Tickets at home in advance or show them on your mobile device.  

Please be aware connectivity can be slow at the venue with large crowds so please have these ready to show prior to queueing.

 

The opening time for each event will be printed on your ticket and will be included in your pre-event email. We advise customers to arrive as close to the time of opening as they can, to ensure that everyone is seated on time and the show can begin with minimum disruption for others. Unfortunately, we cannot delay the performance time should customers arrive late.  Latecomers will only be admitted into the venue during a suitable break in the performance and/or at the discretion of the management.

Audience members are advised to arrive as close to event door opening times as possible. At no time will M&S Bank Arena Liverpool allow ‘camping’ on the private land around the venue. Individuals or groups who attempt to ‘camp’ will be asked to vacate the site until a suitable time.

For the safety and security of all, and to minimise queuing times, we ask that customers do not bring bags in to the arena.

If a bag is absolutely necessary and for essential items only, we will allow customers to bring one small bag no larger than A4, ideally this would be a clear bag to allow for quick and hygienic security searches.

Exemptions are allowed for medical purposes or for customers bringing changing bags for babies and young children

Please note we do not have left luggage facilities on site and cannot assist in storage of these bags.

The following information is applicable to customers who chose ‘Collect from Venue Box Office’ as their preferred delivery method at checkout when the original purchase was made.

Tickets purchased through Ticket Quarter will be available to collect from the venue box office from 12noon on the day of the event. Tickets purchased through other sellers (ticketmaster, SEE etc) will be available to collect from the venue box office from when the doors open for the event. The doors opening times can be found on the venue website and in the pre-show event information email.

We offer contactless only payment across all food, drink and merchandise concessions.

Please note, if you have any issues during an event it is important to raise these with your nearest steward at the time (during the event) so we can ensure we can attempt to put things right for you and give you the best possible experience.
